Questions

What happens if I pull the chase?

You keep the chase card, and we also send you a PSA graded card. When there's more than one chase card, pulling any of them counts. Packs are random; no card is guaranteed.

When is my order opened?

If you order while the queue is open, we open your packs live, in the order they came in. Not sure when you’re up? Ask the streamer in chat where you are in the queue. If you’d rather have them shipped sealed, send us a message through our contact form with your order number. Orders placed while we’re offline ship sealed.

When do you stream?

We open packs live on YouTube and TikTok:

  • Mon: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Tue: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Wed: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Thu: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Fri: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Times are in your time zone (Mountain Time).

When do my cards ship?

Within 1–3 business days after your packs are opened on stream, with tracking by email. Delivery time depends on where you live.

Can I cancel my order or change my address?

Send us a message through our contact form with your order number as soon as possible. We can usually cancel the order or fix the address if your packs haven’t been opened or shipped yet. Once your packs are opened on stream, the sale is final.

Is everything factory sealed?

Yes. We buy sealed product from verified sources and open every pack on camera.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. In most countries your price already includes import duties, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. Checkout shows shipping and any tax before you pay.

Can I watch my packs being opened?

Yes — live on YouTube and TikTok. Every rip is also saved on our YouTube channel.

I missed my rip. Can I get the video?

Every stream is saved on our YouTube channel, and you can watch it there! If you’d like a clip of your pull, send us a message through our contact form with your order number and we’ll send it after the stream.

How do giveaways work?

Giveaways run on our TikTok lives. You claim the prize in TikTok by confirming your address there. If you’re not sure your claim went through, send us a message through our contact form with your TikTok username.
